The "Ajiaco Santafereño" is a soup made with chiken, different varieties of potatoes, corn and 'guascas' (an spice), and usually it goes accompanied by milk cream and avocado. For your enjoyment, for our breakfast we offer the traditional tamal with chocolate.
The colombian tamal is a corn mash filled with meat or chiken, carrots, chickpeas and spices, all of this wrapped in banana tree leaves and vapor cooked. Also, the main city typical desserts.
